10:41 RX. Great workout again! Then it was really nice of Brooke to motivate me to do "FRAN" after...5:40 beat my time 2 weeks ago by 1:15. Hey this stuff really does work =-) See you all tomorrow...should be a great day!

13:40 with singles! I was still in "beach mode" when I got there and didnt get my ass in gear til the end! (gotta love teacher's summers!)
