21 abmat situps
15 pullups
21 abmat back extensions
10 tire flips or 10 deadlift (135lb/85lb)
20 double-unders or 80 singles

  1. Evaline: my time was 25:20. Could have been better if I wasn't so uncoordinated. Those Turkish get-ups took me too long (to getup). Will do better next time.
