WOW what a WOD... in the rain! That was a fun one. The runs turned out to be about 900m with the zig zags and pull ups and burpees are tough when you weigh 10 more pounds. 21:10 Rx. Nice work to everyone!

20:35(i think) with only a 400 mtr run. I am making progress with the cardio although it is slow!!! Just have to keep working at it!

Out in Kansas city working out at the place Brooke used to go to. Did "Nasty Girls" again today...16:04...beat my time from 2 weeks ago by over 3 and a half minutes. Loving the progress

ReplyDeleteI made this one up today (wed). I did 400s with this one and used the green band in 19:00, i admire ya'll who did 800, that was hard!
ReplyDeleteWIsh I could have done this one...I'll get it as soon as this "battle wound" heals! Did a scaled down, upper body workout instead...
