  3. I just completely dislocated my right elbow (ball sitting side by side with socket) with 2 minor fractures on saturday the 4th. One should always keep a hand on the pullup bar especially when it is 12' or at least not extend an arm to stop the fall. 1 handed kipping pullup not a bright idea for me :)

    Keep up the good work everyone, I'll be back when I can use my arm again.

  12. Paul, I'm not sure I understand exactly what happened except you really hurt yourself. So so so very sorry!!!!! I hope you recover quickly! In the mean time you can still do lower body stuff, ab stuff, running, etc....;) see ya later today or tomorrow:)
