Our Grand Opening is 4 days away!!!

Here is an update of the happenings at the Grand Opening/Charity Event this Saturday. First, proceeds will now be donated to three Fire Departments: St. Andrews FD, St. Johns FD, and City of Charleston FD. Second, there will be fire fighters working out in their fire gear. This will be a sight to see so bring your cameras!! Lastly, at noon, the best athletes at Lowcountry CrossFit Mount Pleasant will be competing against those at Lowcountry CrossFit West Ashley in Fight Gone Bad. You definitely want to be there for this at noon. Keep spreading the word and thanks for supporting a good cause.
