ReplyDeleteGreat job by all athletes. My legs too were worked from yesterday, but it will definitely help with wallballs on saturday during FGB. 21:09

ReplyDeleteI had difficulties driving home after this workout. Didn't catch my time b/c I was trying not to vomit. I'm glad Alana and Evaline were there with me to struggle through it!
