GRAND OPENING!!!

All participants will be competing today in TWO WODs: "Fight Gone Bad" and "The Burpee Challenge". Total reps for both workouts will be combined together to produce the total score. Prizes will be given to the top performers. Good luck to all and thanks for your support!

WOD #1: "Fight Gone Bad"

Three rounds of:
Row (Calories)
Wall-ball, 20lb/14lb (Reps)
Sumo deadlift high-pull, 75lb/53lb (Reps)
Box Jump, 19" box (Reps)
Push-press, 75lb/53lb (Reps)

In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute. The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of "rotate", the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point. Add your points.

Rest up for the Burpee Challenge.


WOD #2: "The Burpee Challenge"

As many burpees as possible in 5 minutes.

Add your FGB and BC points for total reps and post them to comments.
