Marine Staff Sgt Daniel Hansen died February 14th in Farah Providence, Afghanistan when an IED he was working on detonated. Daniel is survived by his mother Sheryll, his father Delbert, his younger sister Katie, and his twin brother Matthew (also a Marine). This WOD is for him and his family.

ReplyDeleteBrittany: I did this one at my "globo" gym where I work. We don't have boxes, so I had to use aerobic steps. Found out quickly that they aren't stable enough to jump on. Had to do step ups, but got 14:33.
