"Cindy"

As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes:
5 pullups
10 pushups
15 air squats

This is one of the most common of the "named" CrossFit measurement WODs. Go fast and hard throughout this WOD. Post total number of rounds to comments and the Personal Records whiteboard.

  2. Colin 23 rx. I surprised myself, was hoping for 20, good feeling. I think it helps if you don't know what round you're on. If I knew I was past twenty I probably would have slowed a bit in the end

  14. 21 RX. Knocked out two quickly then paced myself. Seemed to work better then going 100% and dying off fast.
