"Tabata Something Else"

8 Tabata Rounds Each of:
Pull-Ups
Push-Ups
Sit-Ups
Squats

Score total reps for all rounds

For twenty seconds do as many reps of the assigned exercise as you can - then rest 10 seconds. This is a continuous clock. Repeat seven more times for a total of 8 intervals, 4 minutes total per exercise.

    427 stated with the blue band (there ya go Kevin), switched to the green band, finished with both..kinda feels like cheating when Sarah was knocking it out with just one band and Anthony Rx it!
