    I feel for you guys doing this WOD tonight in 110 heat index! I had to stop quit a bit. I got dizzy and a bit over-heated.

  2. 18:38 Rx. Thrusters might be one the most challenging excercises we do. Holy Sh** that gave me the morning beat down..6AM + Thrusters is a good way to start the day!

    This was a tough one. This whole week was pretty tough... thanks Brooke. Nice work to everyone today. 17:something and did 3 and half rounds of Rx double unders. Thanks of course to everyone for the motivation.
