Not sure if I Rx'd or not because I did the squats with my legs crossed and using the post for balance. Finished up with some Tabata abs with Jared and Cari. Nice work today on a tough WOD. Thanks to everyone for the encouragement.

ReplyDelete14 rounds and was able to finish a couple of pull-ups.....started with the blue band, but had to drop to the green band....Is it possible to get worse???? I truly believe I'm getting worse at pull-ups!!!! What the *#%$

ReplyDeleteI PR'd on 30 muscle-ups for time. Previous time two months ago was 4:01, did it today in 3:28.

ReplyDeleteI think 6 rounds plus 8 pullups. Four of my calluses busted open today. Very painful!! It hurts to even wash my hands. Forgive me, I will being using gloves tomorrow.

ReplyDeleteCompleted 14 rounds. Derrick, I feel your pain. I had three calluses rip off during this WOD. I too will be using some gloves for a few days.
8 rounds in 15 min. Started with BB, then green and then both the last couple of rounds. Awesome workout! Very tough in this heat. Good job everyone!!! Thanks Brian and Brooke for pushing us.
