Front Squats

Then
4 rounds for time:
3 anyway overhead.... press, push press, or push jerk (155lb/105lb)
6 pullups
9 box jumps (24"/19")
Post weight on front squats and time on the 3-6-9 to comments

Didn't do todays WOD because of my knee. Did 50 pullups, situps, ring dips, pushups for time. 11:35. Finished with some Tabata abs with Stephanie, Brittany, and Anthony. Thanks for the workout Brooke.
