Complete 30 burpees today and make up for any missed days

3 rounds for time:
Run 800m

Rest 3 minutes between rounds

Then.....

8 minute Tabata:
box jumps (19")
KTE

For the bigger Tabata groups, some may start on KTE first then move to box jumps

Post run time per round and the reps on your last round of Tabata to comments
