    this was my first time Rx'ing this...i just always seemed to miss the WOD days ms. fran would show up...but yeah this one causes me a lot of fear...heh...awesome job to everyone!

    I was there for the tv crew. The cameras helped push me. Everyone finished under 6 minutes! Great Job Everyone! Let me just say that it is so great to be a part of Lowcountry Crossfit. We have some great athletes, and more importantly some amazing people!
