Go hard and fast throughout this benchmark WOD. All reps are to be done in order. Move to the next movement after 100 reps are completed for the previous exercise.

  7. Justin W..19:31 Substituted 65lb push press and wallballs for pullups and pushups then did situps and air squats. Still having elbow issues.
