I was able to get 14 full rounds and 3 box jumps,6 push ups of the 15th, about 90 seconds per round. As written it seems fairly easy....

ReplyDelete20 Rnds as RX. I found in this WOD if you endure the pain (burning legs), don't stop and push through the pain you will be a lot better off. If you stop then you will never get past the pain!
