  1. I was able to get 14 full rounds and 3 box jumps,6 push ups of the 15th, about 90 seconds per round. As written it seems fairly easy....

  4. 20 Rnds as RX. I found in this WOD if you endure the pain (burning legs), don't stop and push through the pain you will be a lot better off. If you stop then you will never get past the pain!

  5. Well said Nigel. Legs start burning after the first 5 minutes. Everyone fought though it well though. 24 rounds as Rx.

  8. Brittany: I got 15 rounds, but I did this one right after Wednesday's WOD. Needless to say my legs were sore the next day!
