Jolie Gentry - Crossfit Games 2007 winner. Who says Crossfit girls aren't sexy?

The great objection to women exercising-namely, the fear of becoming muscular-is quite without foundation. It cannot be too often repeated that woman is not simply a weaker man: she is physically an entirely different being ... In women the muscles simply become firm, close-knit, and well-rounded, and show under the layer of fatty tissue intervening between muscle and skin only in soft, hardly discernible masses, just sufficiently to give a delicate moulding to the form.

  3. 95 115 115 125 125 125 135 (135 took a few tries)
so I know my next cleans can start at 125.
I am really liking this concept of work out -- something a high priced trainer would never do. I am so glad I am not just repping weight over and over for an hour.
I have never been comfortable in a gym even with trainers felt like I was having to keep up with joe musclehead knowing I am never going to be joe musclehead.
No pretentions, no bs,no conversations to hear themselves talk; I like the teaching style, knowledge and ability to tailor this to help in my performance not only in drum corps but the work I have done straightening my posture over the past year which in part has included ballet.
It seems to finally all be molding all the physciality together. It took me to my 20's to find my athlete, another 20 years to find a workout that will fit my pschye; like marathoning once did.
Thanks Alana for the referrece, Brian, Nigel and Kevin thanks for your professianlism, knowledge and timing.
I may not be where some are but I am on the way.
    Thanks again.

My legs were so sore that I could not pull myself under the bar quick enough as the weight got heavier. O-lifts are something I am going to need a lot of practice.
