ReplyDelete21:03 as RX'd. The rings really held me back, I went straight to muscle failure after the first round. Just goes to show you where my weak points are. We shall work the rings into our warm-up weekly!

Justin-17:44-had to use blue band for dips and run was alot easier at 6am without the heat
