Nice job this morning Robyn and Justin. I struggled with this Monday morning WOD. 19:07. 1 set with 95lbs and then 4 sets with 75 lbs. Thanks Kevin for the forcing me through this one.

Dang! i have been waiting for a rainy WOD! but i'm under the weather today (sorry, i couldn't resist). Sounds like it was a great workout though.

15:53 Gotta work on form and flexibility for the OHS. Box jumps and KBS not to bad. Hate to miss tomorrow.
ReplyDelete12:07 with 35lb kettlebell and 43lb OHS.
ReplyDeleteI still need to work on my form. I know as I got tired I didn't go deep enough for some of the OHS to actually count.

Great work today by everyone. OHS's are a tough movement, but will build up core strength quickly. My time was 13:33 Rx and competing against Brooke was fun. Thanks for the push.
ReplyDeleteAt the end of the day, Anthony and I did 500 double-unders for time. It was his idea and he did crush me... my time 19:04.. his... 11:something. definitely need to keep working on those...

ReplyDeleteman...OHS's are crazy! i tried hard as heck to maintain each rep with good form, but geez i still need to gain the balance and flexibility required for consistency...
much respect and props to everyone who did this one...especially the folks who finished it in sub 10 min.
16:47....those kettle bells are no joke!! Ordered my Rogue weightlifting shoes today, no more barefoot workouts for me.

This was a great leg workout. The barbell drew blood on me for the first time going for an OHS!
