Isabel 95lbs 1:48 (definitely should have gone heavier). Did 30 burpees later as punishment.
that was fun! i never thought i would like the weight training stuff so much. still working on form so i did the bar(33lb) in 1:59.

Great job to all athletes on a VERY tough movement, the snatch balance. It is a little frustrating, just like anything new, but practicing and getting better is part of the process. Us coaches are VERY proud of you all and everyone should be extremely proud of themselves. As we keep working this movement, along with others, our flexibility, balance, and coordination will increase each time. Isabel was a fun finish to the day!!! Great job to all who Rx'd. There are more of you who could have Rx'd. Next time.
