    I was surprised I didn't have my regular running partner...very sad:(

  4. Don't know what my time was but I forgot to put my weights away...sorry Brian!

    Did 43lbs (20 reps per round on cleans)pullups with BB/GB and only 400 meters. Killed me!

    This was probably the hardest workout I've done so far. This is definitely one I do not want to repeat anytime soon!
