Complete 34 burpees today and make up for any missed days
"Fight Gone Bad"
Three rounds of:
row (calories)
wall ball, 20lb/14lb (reps)
SDHP, 75lb/53lb (reps)
box jump, 19" box (reps)
push press, 75lb/53lb (reps)
In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute. The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of "rotate", the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point. Add your points.

ReplyDeleteI don't remember what my first Fight Gone Bad was but I know for a fact I have improved because I was able to drive home safely without seeing stars.

283 Rx I third Lisa and Brittany! My goal was to hit 300. Next time! I beat my last FGB (also Rx) by 40 points! Which brings me to my friend Fetch....It is just one of those questions that we may never get an answer.....but here goes.....because we can?????
