Before and After

Remember your life BEFORE finding Crossfit? Remember how fit you thought you were or how bad your shape was? Remember those loooooong and lonely workouts at the globo gym? What about your attitude, your confidence, your mental toughness?
CrossFit has changed every one of us, and for the better! We have learned to push ourselves to our limits. We no longer see pain as we did before. We don't run away from it, we seek it, we want to feel the burn... the suck! We have learned that quiting is not an option and that humility makes us better athletes. We have learned that competing is OK, that wanting to be the fastest, the strongest is OK, although we may never be the fastest or the strongest, but we still want to compete because we want to be BETTER!
