"Crossfit Total"
back squat, 1-1-1 rep
shoulder press, 1-1-1 rep
deadlift, 1-1-1 rep
The CrossFit Total is the sum of the best 3 attempts of the back squat, shoulder press and deadlift, the three most effective lifts in existence for developing and testing functional strength. Come prepared to lift heavy and give it your all. This is the ultimate benchmark in measuring strength gains/ losses. Remember to get a good warm-up in before you start on your 1 rep maxes, you only get three attempts per exercise. The score will be the total of all three lifts together.
