30 Curtis P's (50% of body weight)
Run 800m
30 burpees

The "Curtis P" is a great combination full body movement.... It starts with a hang power clean, (keep the bar in the rack position), lunge with one leg, lunge with the other leg (this is NOT a walking lunge), then finish with a push press... that is one rep!
