  3. I didnt even look at time....WHY CANT I DO OVERHEAD SQUATS!?!?!?! Whatever, still practicing....I did however do ALL pullups on BB only :) HOLLER!!!!

  4. I was completely inspired by Cari's Rx before my workout! My poor form and poor flexibility kept me from even coming close to Rxing. I definitely have some work to do!

  6. Great job everyone in a tough exercise that hits just about each one of the 10 fitness domains.. esp flexibility, accuracy, balance, and coordination.. Keep practicing, they will come... We'll incorporate more PVC OHS's in our warmups..

    8:21 Rx for me.. this was not a PR for me, but I did C2B pullups this time and did not do them the time I PR'd..
