  3. 13:58 Tuck jumps 1st set, singles 2nd set(couldn't get my legs up off the ground since they felt like 100lbs by the end). Also did ring dips instead of pullups....The rest Rx

  5. I almost died today. Thanks for keeping me going Kevin. 4 days off is not a good idea.

    HELP. I love crossfit please add hours! My kids start school tomorrow and I have to leave the house at 7:30 am! Let's here it for 8 am or Noon!!!!!
