"Cindy"

15 air squats

We all remember that time that we first started crossfit and for most of us, did 10 minutes or more of "Cindy". Hit it hard and see how much you have improved since last time. Track back to May 26th for your previous number of rounds:

  4. 12 rounds + 4 pull ups. Having never done this and pull ups being a big weakness for me, I'm very proud of myself here.
